Soft Tissue Mobilization and Assisted Stretching

Kenny uses a combination of assisted stretching and a form of Chinese medicine, called Gua Cha. Both techniques are used to elongate the striations of muscle fibers and draw rich, oxygenated blood flow to the areas that are symptomatic. Appointments can be either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. The assisted stretching can be done without Gua Cha.

Functional Movement Assessment & Personal Training

Cesar brings 20+ years of experience to this clinic with an ability to show our patients how their body is moving and functioning throughout the day.

Yoga

Group classes and one on one private classes. Christina also offers assisted stretching.

Roberta Hughes specializes in both Tranquil Touch Facial Reflexology and Tranquil Sculpt Myofascial Release Therapies.

A Tranquil Touch session is a deeply relaxing service that uses gentle facial reflexology techniques to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, relieve pain and tension, restore emotional balance, improve sleep, promotes circulation and natural healing.

Tranquil Sculpt uses myofascial release techniques on the chest, neck, and face to gently free restrictions in connective tissue. This allows muscles to release tension, improves circulation, and supports the body in holding chiropractic adjustments longer.

Roberta Hughes is the Owner and Founder of PeaceFull Living, bringing over 25 years of experience in the wellness industry to support clients in creating calm, strength, and resilience from the inside out. Her certifications include NCPT (Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher), RYT 200-Hour Yoga Instructor, Yin Yoga 200-Hour, Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, and Pure Energy Facial Meditation for facial reflexology.

Roberta created Tranquil Touch to offer a deeply restorative experience that soothes the nervous system, releases tension, and supports the body’s natural healing process. Each session is guided with intention and care, offering space to rest, reconnect, and feel truly nurtured.

She is also certified in the Quantum Facelift, a technique that blends facial reflexology with energetic rejuvenation, and is a certified facial reflexology trainer through the Mind Body Beauty Institute, where she supports students in cultivating confidence, skill, and presence in their own healing practice.

Dr. Faith Truthan is a chiropractor who brings a strong background in exercise physiology, movement science, and sports performance to her work in the Denver/Englewood community. Her approach is shaped by years spent coaching athletes, studying biomechanics, and helping people understand how their bodies move, adapt, and heal. She believes great chiropractic care starts with listening deeply, assessing thoroughly, and treating each patient as a whole person.

Dr. Faith earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Akron, a foundation that continues to guide her clinical decision-making. She is Webster Certified, allowing her to support prenatal patients through gentle, specific chiropractic care that helps improve comfort and overall pelvic balance. Her additional training in dry needling and soft-tissue biomechanics enhances her ability to work with athletes, active individuals, and patients recovering from trauma such as car accidents. Recently, she completed her Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP) credential, expanding her clinical expertise in sports-related injuries, performance, and rehabilitation.

In 2024, Dr. Faith published a case report on a posterior tibialis tendon rupture in a transgender male athlete, contributing to the growing research on inclusive chiropractic care and how hormone therapy influences musculoskeletal physiology. She is committed to clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and care that respects every patient’s experience and goals.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her outdoors skiing, hiking, cycling, or simply exploring Colorado’s mountain trails.
