Chiropractic manipulation of the spine and extremities

Soft Tissue Mobilization and Assisted Stretching

Kenny uses a combination of assisted stretching and a form of Chinese medicine, called Gua Cha. Both techniques are used to elongate the striations of muscle fibers and draw rich, oxygenated blood flow to the areas that are symptomatic. Appointments can be either 30 minutes or 60 minutes. The assisted stretching can be done without Gua Cha.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture, an ancient technique within Chinese Medicine. is a therapeutic treatment that uses very thin needles inserted into the skin to stimulate specific points throughout the body. The needles rebalance our body’s energy, or qi, and prompt the release of natural chemicals to fight symptoms of many pain, illness and internal conditions.
